Izocam with its social responsibility awareness and providing huge opportunities for university students, results of Izocam Student Competition have finally been announced. The competition held under the theme of ´Sustainable Design in Warm Climates´ in order to introduce the university students of architecture and engineering to the insulation fact, and provide them with specialization in this sector
Faculty of Architecture Students Şimal Avcı and Halil Soysal Cirit won the first place award with the project titled ‘’Mağara’. The jury members are fascinated by the qualities of the project which dwells on the principles of the warm climates in that it relates to the environmental data and incorporates the climatization effects of water into the design process and has a dynamic language in the internal and outer space setup.
Top three projects selected by the jury are entitled to join the international competition to be held in Dubai between 12th -15th May 2018
