The nomination process for the 2026 International TÜBA Academy Awards will remain open until May 15, 2026.
Organized under the patronage of the Presidency and aimed at strengthening Turkey’s international academic visibility, the awards are presented in three main categories: Natural and Engineering Sciences, Health and Life Sciences, and Social and Humanities Sciences.
Scientists to be nominated must not have received another international-level science award in Turkey within the last three years. In this process, in which our university rectorate also has the authority to propose candidates, nominees are evaluated by expert juries in their respective fields and submitted to the Academy Council.
