Accreditation Process

Our faculties with undergraduate programs and School of Foreign Languages are being accredited by MÜDEK, EPDAD, MİAK, FEDEK and PEARSON accreditation bodies. Our university, which has 6 accredited programs in 2019, has 7 programs in 2020 and 2021. Accredited with 27 programs in 2017, it has become the leading university in accreditation. As of the end of 2021, programs with an accreditation body that students can apply for, 66% of our university is accredited, 78% in 2022, in 2023 it is aimed that all of them are accredited.

Accreditation is a long-term process, and our internal and external stakeholders, including primarily our students and graduates, faculty members, administrative staff, employers, public and private sector representatives are included in this process. After rigorous evaluations determine whether the criteria determined by the accreditation bodies are met, the accreditation decisions of the programs are taken, documented and published by the relevant institutions.
The fact that our programs are accredited means that our students' graduation certificates are also internationally recognized. For example, graduation certificates of Engineering programs accredited by MÜDEK are recognized by 15 European countries, including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and 20 countries, including the USA, Australia, South Korea, Japan and Canada.
